What makes Bella Notte Linens unique?
Each piece is garment-dyed to order in small batches using non-toxic, low-impact dyes. This artisanal process creates a unique, lived-in color palette and ensures that no two pieces are exactly alike.
How should I care for my luxury linens?
Most of our products are machine washable. We recommend using a pH-neutral liquid detergent, washing on a cold, gentle cycle, and tumble drying on low heat to maintain the integrity of the natural fibers.
What is the typical shipping timeframe?
Because our products are custom-dyed to order in our local studio, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production and shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches before making a final purchase. Since computer screens vary and our dye process is artisanal, swatches help you confirm the exact color and texture in your home lighting.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-dyed items may be subject to a restocking fee.
