At Bella Notte Linens, we take pride in our handcrafted, small-batch luxury bedding and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unwashed, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Linens

  Carefully fold your items and place them in their original protective packaging to ensure they arrive back at our studio in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
